  No hassle service! They helped me out with a DIY furnace repair without trying to up sell parts and service. Parts were priced slightly above internet stores but Reliable provided advice and most importantly instant delivery.

  Josh was just out to do a kitchen/basement drain repair involving the replacement of old galvanized steel pipes that had a leak with PVC pipe.
  
  Josh was a pleasure to deal with and worked efficiently and quickly to do the job in just a few hours. He laid out drop-cloths to minimize the mess and did a great job of clean-up when he was done. We are extremely happy with Josh and Reliable. Reliable has an excellent employee in Josh and we have an excellent resource in Reliable.
  
  Highly recommended.
