  I own my own company now but Quad Graphics in Midland, MI. is a great place to work. Personally, I put in twelve years there but I have never seen a place who builds leaders like Pendell does. They have great communication, care for their employees, the management cares and are well educated, and they keep to their policies but will break them to suit your needs: except for their attendance policy which can be improved upon. If you are looking to start a career in the printing industry in Mid Michigan Pendell is the place to start: thee only place. They do not harass or intimate like some other printers in the area.
