  Was told by ER I broke my fibula. Follow up with Bortel. I did. They unwrapped and took off splint. He said no new xrays, radiologist exaggerated. Said I needed an air cast, he didn't have them and to go buy one. He wrote an order for PT and told me to go home and didn't want to even wrap it with an ace bandage.
