  Staff is limited, mainly aides who do not even know what meds they are passing. LPN was nice but again not up to supervising staff. Residents are not toileted regularly, and even if they are not incontinent, are encouraged to use diapers causing a decline in overall abilities. My mother fell and broke her leg here when attempting to get up to the toilet and three weeks later while under their "supervision " fell again and broke her hip. Even though she was non-ambulatory per Dr.'s orders, she was encouraged by the aides to scoot herself around in a wheelchair using her heals! I would not have given one star however, there were no other options. Their only concern is money. Do not send your love ones here.
