  Purchased battery online off their website. AAA jumped my car - drove over to purchase new battery. Told them my car wouldn't start if I turned it off. Tech still asked to turn off and tried to test battery. He connected the tester backwards on the battery. He had + / - reversed. Test battery. His response was that battery needs charging. Asked to purchase the battery & have them install. He said that they don't install batteries for my type of car. Called AAA back for a battery replacement. Next time I'll just have AAA replace my batteries and skip the auto parts store.
