  Absolutely horrible. Wish 0 stars was an option. Onsite management has no clue what is going on, maintence takes 2-3 weeks if not more, since the first day our dog has been here they have tried to get him out and I'm fairly certain the most recent complaint is management trying to go after us again to get him out just because he's a pitbull when he's a registered service animal. They changed our pet agreement without me signing a new copy or even agreeing to the change. They made a copy of the original contract and crossed out that he was approved to live with us and put not approved. We have had nothing but problems with these apartments and then we went to find a new apartment and they took 4 days to get ahold of to do the housing verification. Can't wait to get out of these apartments. Not to mention we were guaranteed a 2 bedroom by the time our son was born and we're still in a 1 bedroom. The onsite manager has also gone back on her word many times when I have emails proving what she said originally. The only good thing that happened was we had a free storage unit.
