  Theresa and David are amazing! I took my laptop in to get pictures backed up onto a memory stick. I specifically told them I was not in a hurry to get it back, that they could take their time. They still got it back to me very quickly, all the pictures are now safe on my memory stick and they even informed me my computer was running a little slow and they fixed that issue as well! I was very impressed with both the service provided and the staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Theresa knew upfront that I am not good with technology and she took her time to explain things in a way that the 'average Joe' who isn't tech-savvy could understand. I would recommend Theresa & David at Techknowledge for any of your computer needs. Thanks again!
